Message	Mine was the mounting bracket. The little piece of rubber that holds up the shifter broke. Like it was said above, take the console off and the rubber pieces of the shifter and take a look at the bracket. What it should look like (even though the rubber is really broken) Showing the broken piece Hope this is all that is wrong with it
