Is to build some sort of display so you could actually see when it is engaged. It'd be nice if there was an ECU feed you could tap into to get a degree read out for how far it's turning the wheels but even just hooking up a little LED to signal that the HICAS unit is activated would be helpful. Like most, I find it hard to tell when it is on and when it isn't. That could be either praise or damnation for Nissan engineers but I'm leaning towards the former.
