Well, if that's his seat on ebay, & you want to even the score a little, here's what I would do. Sign yourself up for a new ebay user id. One that you don't use, except for this one time. You'll need to sign up for a new email address specifically for this same reason. Wait until there is only a few seconds left in this auction, & then place a bid for some high amount that will make sure you are the high bidder. That will do 3 things for you. 1) It will keep him from actually selling the seats, & once you are the winning bidder, 2) you will be able to leave negative feedback on his ebay account. 3) Then, you can email him & tell him that you will agree to a mutual feedback removal, but only after he sends you either the part that you previously paid him for, or a refund for the money.
