Message	He has no staff to answer email, so if he has an emergency or is out of town, he won't see your email and can't respond. Don't interpret this as him ripping you off, he isn't and he won't. My advice is to be patient and feel secure in the knowledge that this happens from time to time with Ash and he will make things right for you. He always has. - John
