There's no conversation to that. Yes, in theory an electric helper fan can improve the situation in traffic (I did the very same thing to my old 240Z a long time ago). But in the Z32 it's a level of complexity that can be easily avoided by replacing the defective fan clutch (or clearing the blockage in the radiator, or whatever...). The logic you're presenting is along the lines of letting the air out of your three good tires to compensate for the flat one. Dave
