Message then you've got bigger problems. Either the fan clutch needs to be replaced, or there's something blocking airflow through the radiator, or something internal to the cooling system that's preventing effective heat exchange, or a combo of all of these issues.

IMO, strapping on an electric helper fan is a band-aid solution.
