I'm still curious why you first tackled the easier of the two manifolds to re-engineer. It is just a little presumptuous for anyone, including myself, to think that they are going to have the solution for a problem that has plagued the TT since its creation 17 years ago. This is NOT personal, unless you make it that way. I respect your engineering experience, which should not easily be shaken by a little "professional" counterpoint. Unfortunately, few are willing to engage in a serious discussion of new ideas....which does not really benefit the TT community.
