| of that. This design was generated using a digitized interference model of the surrounding area. The head, stock manifold, HKS 2530, stock turbo, all elbows, and the side of the engine bay were all used. All locations and geometry are accurate to at least .005". I'm even adding dummy gaskets to be dead on. The whole reason for modeling it this way is to do a lot of conceptual revisions without ever having to cut material. It allows greater design freedom and accuracy of fit, contour and flow surface tangency to mating components.
