Message	If no, I don't think you have anything to worry about. If yes, then when you are contacted by your insurance to get your side of the story, tell them. Also, you have your friend as a witness and no paint/ dent on your car. Odds are insurance doesn't want to pay out anyway and will be on your side after hearing all this.
