Message	Sounds like the guy just wanted your insurance to pay for damage that was previously done to his car. Same situation happened to me a while ago. They claimed that my bumper scraped theirs when I pulled out of a parking spot. They were yelling and cursing at me claiming they heard a loud scrape and that they wanted me to pay for it. I tried to look for damage, but couldnt even find a hairline scratch. They were pointing at something that was not even there, lol. So after I confirmed there wasnt any damage to either cars, they wrote down my plate and threatened to call the cops. I just drove off an haven't heard anything since.
