| La-Z-Link "Since I moved to Texas I had to put catalytic converters back on the Z to pass inspection (still failed, BTW). I drove the car straight from SGP to the inspection station though, so after checking with Kyle, he said drive the car a few days then go back and it should pass (I had high-flow cats installed). Nox was 384 at 25 mph (796 was the standard), Nox jumped to 1547 at 15 mph (879 was the standard). Anyway, also had SGP install the Powertrix brake kit. For the cost of the kit, this stock replacement kit is hard to beat. At a little over $110 per corner, it's a no brainer. Here's the full kit (including the optional 300 degree MC brace):" And also:
"As if everyone doesn't already know, Kyle at SGP is awesome. I kindof felt like a schmuck after seeing that post from the guy buying thousands of dollars in parts for a build up and here I am needing a few hundred dollars in maintenance issues taken care of. But SGP was extremely accomodating...allowed me to leave the car there a few days until it was convenient for me to pick it up, and I had mentioned I thought my tension rod bushing were shot but I didn't have a chance to order new ones. Kyle replaced them with a used set he had on hand and for some reason this didn't show up on the bill (this corrected a shimmy I was having at about 65 mph so I was very happy). The overall bill was a couple hundred less than I expected. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and their service. I know I'm preaching to the choir, but SGP rocks." Seems very obvious that they also installed the brakes at the same time, and even gave him FREE tension rod bushings.
