Sucks you had to deal with this Dustin. I've had my own problems with Kyle from SGP, IPP or whatever. Unfortunately when you are dealing with a salesman, it doesnt matter what company they are from. You deal and trust him. For Kyle to say that it was his secretary, It was @ SGP, not IPP so it doesnt matter is just plain B.S. Damn, that is just crazy. Glad you got it resolved. Dont go to either one of those companies in the future. SGP is not trustworthy nor is Kyle.
