Message	Your initials are on the receipt as the "Rep". Obviously the rate was $85/hour at that time. I could put MG on my receipts tomorrow but that does not mean Mark Gust is the actual sales person. The situation has been resolved. I'm not assigning blame and I don't want anything from anyone else. I believe I'm doing the right thing in stating all of the specifics though...and that's all I've done. Fair enough. I also want to state my side. I specifically know for a fact that I would never ever charge a customer 5 hours for a Cat Pipe/Test Pipe installation only. If you think the receipt is not accurate then there's not much I can do. I know it is not accurate for a receipt I would have made. I don't know what else I can do to convince you but I am 110% positive that I did NOT charge you 5 hours @ $85/hour labor to install a set of Cat Pipes.
