I think you need to try calling him first. It's a bit hard to say I know he won't answer the phone when you haven't tried and believe me I got scammed for over $900 on an item last year so I wouldn't be sypathetic to a scammer. A lot of people delete a thread after the items are sold so people stop emailing them about items they no longer have. Also, there's times I bought items on the basis that they were a Stillen item or whatever because that is what the seller told me and than I wound up not using it and selling it saying it was A Stillen or whatever. He may have thought it was a PI and not known. I would call him, leave a few messages and than if, after a week, there is no reply as to giving you the money back than start ripping away.
