| Get together and we'll all make it happen. Just realize that the ROD is still a syncronized shift mechanism. It's not that the OE 5 speeds are weak, it's the syncros that are giving the most problems which may be compounded by shift fork deflection. My main reason for going the ROD route is that it opens the doors to Liberty and G-Force trans that are based upon the same case platform, they are cabable of dealing with 1300 to 1500 hp without a hiccup. To get started I need: a five speed case with at the very least an input shaft TT flywheel TT clutch Problems that I think will come up are: speed sensor function, shifter location, new clutch disc required, and a big one... cost of the transmission.
