Message	I've never tried any of the ebay towels, but from looking, I do not see any that have the bound edges, and from the looks of them, are nowhere near the thickness and plushness of the elite. The elite also does not have any tags, so you do not run the risk of scratching the paint w/ the tags. Another benefit to the elite is the dual pile weave. Here's why thats a nice option. The closer you get to your last step process, ie: wax, the shorter the fiber strand you want.
