Message	My wife has an '04 STi with just turbo back exhaust and Cobb AP (ECU program) and with just those mods alone STi's average an 80hp increase. Just by seat of the pants it's a huge difference over stock. I'd say they respond pretty damn good to mods...but I agree that EVO's respond even better, but it's still a Mitsu' ;)
