I was just playing around with Solid Works making a model of the intake plenum when i realized something. I did a few calculations (im bad at math) and based on a 1mm OS intake valve (1.385in) each runner on the plenum should be 2.770" in diameter in order to flow without restriction. Now if thats true then the intake piping would have to be in excess of 8in in order to keep up. Is the design of our intake really that restrictive? or am i missing something?
