| Thanks to all for their informative (read: useful) responses. I did use a long way to describe the situation mainly because I thought it was an easy and self explanitory method. It did help me personally see the setup differences a little clearer. I also put the initial post in the order it was in for a good reason. Should you read the post IN FULL, it shows how if no air ever escaped the system after it was metered, the MAF sensor would win "hands down". The catch is that an engine can lose air (boost/vacuum leak or bov) which a MAP is much more well suited at monitoring. Giving both systems their own strength's and weakness'. And by the way, it's spelled D-O-U-C-H-E, I "leart that their word good in Englash 102."
