| just VERY poor business people. I don't buy the cash crunch issue. They have ONE mechanic working there and at times one paint guy (he is seasonal, so a lot of the year they have one guy to do all mechanical and paint work). I spent well over 15k there and had the same poor service, so don't be fooled into thinking that driving your car in will yield better results. They are a knowledgable shop, and on the up and up....but slow and dopey. They just finished their busy period, so money should not be an issue. And if $600 is an issue, they need to get into another line of work. If you don't have that type of money lying around to refund when the equipment you sold is faulty....well there isn't much else to say I guess.
