Message	This isn't like it's some revolutionary invention, so I might as well explain to everyone a little better than the pictures give it credit. You can see that the new mount is isolated by the bushings and tension forces are carried entirely by the bolt and mount structure itself. In effect the top bushing is compressed when the mount is put into tension. for reference, just flip them over in you mind... ;-)
