yes police report acquired. no fault assigned. no witnesses. verbal disputes between two parties claiming fault. with the amount they are offering, i can have a nice night out with dinner and a movie =P the insurance adjuster told me just yesterday, to my face, that a 1990 four door camery would be worth more because 1) more people want 4 door cars. 2) sports cars get beaten on and no one wants a 1990 sports car.
