My bullshit meter just went off the charts, and I couldn't help myself.
I have absolutely no problem with making a profit, the more the better as far as I am concerned. B.S. such as..."Recently as many of you know I've been in the process of moving everything from NJ to TX." (Translation: I've been moving since September via covered wagon--all I could afford!)

As to investment in the Z community, have purchased parts from Specialty, COZ, Z1, Courtesy and all my local Nissan dealers; bless 'em all. As far as product development, I have an idea for some improved wheel bearings that are almost friction free using magnetic levitation; If I can get just 10 fellow members to put down a deposit of say $5 million each, I'm sure I could get, GE, Hitachi, Timken or someone to build them. Are you interested? C'est la vie; It's a free country, good luck and do what ever you want... a fool and his money you know.
