Look at it this way: do the values in your AFR table change because of the weather?

The only temperature-related fuel enrichment scalar in the ECU is 7B30-7B4F, and that only comes into play when the water temperature is cooler than the threshold defined. Once the engine is (you guessed it!) warmed up, it's not a factor.

A far greater impact on winter fuel economy is the increased amount of fuel load that happens when you get oxygenated fuel, as at least that will be apparent to the oxygen sensors (which will enrich the mixture with the extra oxygen coming out of the cylinders when in closed loop operation).
