driving straight down intersection, old lady runs a red and comes barreling down the passenger side wheel/fender/bumper. the z did a 180, knocked over a street sign, and landed at a corner gas station. the wheel is caved in and there looks to be heavy suspension damage. according to the tow truck driver, the car is totalled. no injuries, thank god. now, what's my course of action? police report was already taken and will be available tomorrow. we are both disputing each ran a red, which is absolutely absurd since i can testify with my life that there was a steady green on my side. however, no witnesses. i have liability only. dunno about the other party. if the other insurance inspector deems the z totalled, do i get the blue book of the car in this case? advice please, this is really disheartening. thanks.
