Message	title, it has most likely been totaled or severely damaged. That was my point. Obviously if you're buying a car in Florida and it has a Florida title, that is not the case. Sorry I didn't type "If you're looking to buy a car in any state but Florida and it has a Florida title, most likely it's been totaled."
