The point of competing on a road course to do it in minimum time. If you are able to feed in more throttle, you should. If the HICAS allows you to feed in more throttle, it is an improvement. If you failed to add power and suffered for it, it's a mistake on your part, not a deficiency of the HICAS.
The point you are trying to make is that you want a car that is easier to drive, even if it is slower. Apparently you just can't make yourself say it that plainly, and we won't let you put unearned blame on HICAS.
