| Supra guys have been adding width to thier stock wheels for a long time. There are a few companys with web sites that will add inches to any stock rim for rather reasonable. Now if you are looking to get some bling-tastic 19's made.... you might have to find a shop with a CNC machine and show up with the cad drawing in hand formated and ready to go. I would imagine that having the shop do all the CAD work would het extreamly expensive.
