Subject	Engine teardown advice. Need help QUICK!!!

Message	I plan on tearing down my '92 JDM TT engine tomorrow. It is the one I pulled from my wrecked Z. I was going to do it last week but I never got any replies to my last post as to what to keep. I can't delay any longer though. Can somebody give me a list of all the parts that are worth keeping? I'll have to tear the entire thing down so difficulty of removal is not an issue. It has to be completely broken down before it can be tossed in the metal scrap dumpster. Any parts worth keeping, I'll put in the back of my truck. All other parts are getting tossed.
