Message Sorry to hear about your bad luck, but unless you can prove negligence on the part of the tree owner (i.e was the tree dying; had it partially been cut etc) you will have to look to your insurance policy to cover. This type of damage is normally covered under the "comprehensive" portion of your policy. Comprehensive covers acts of nature, vandalism etc.
