Message	For now, document everything. I mean EVERYTHING. Save names, times, phone calls, any correspondence. What may seem trivial now will pay dividends later when you can say "well I talked to XXX at this time on this date and he said this" and then have the stuff to back it up. When insurance companies start fighting it is your only defense as the small guy. Good luck, sorry to hear about another damaged Z. fozzy
