Subject	how large a stereo can the stock alternator handle?

Message	here's the deal. I have a lot of stereo equpment barely used from my Integra that I sold. basically I have 5 kenwood excelon 12's that I've had for years and had great luck with. anyway, I am basically wondering how many watts RMS the stock Z alternator can handle say with a 5 farad cap and stock battery? I had two of these subs in the Z for a short time WITHOUT a cap and I killed the alternator (800 watts RMS). Ideally I would like 3 of these subs in the Z and this will leave 2 I can putin my Jeep. with 3 subs and front components I would be looking at 1400 watts true RMS, not BS amp rating. any comments or suggestions?
