Message SGP's machine shop. I have read from Ash that Z1 is prolly the top quality in engine building, and met people ( including my self) that have and repeated failures from sgp's engine building services, then gone to Z1 and problem solved. I dont care for Z1 and prolly only buy 5% of my stuff from there. But they do seen to have engine building down. But I've just counted to many failures out of SGP to fave faith in there engine building services.

IPP is fairly new, so there are not enough engines in circulation that are completed, running, with milage on them to give feedback.

Also if your power goals are under 550 hp, id consider an OEM short block.

My local dealer I was buddy buddy with at one time had a short block and offered it to be for 2000$ on sale to clean up inventory. I had no need for it at the time, now I slap my self for not taking it. Check your surrounding dealers and ask if they have a block in shock and if they wil give u a decent deal on them. Ask if they have any Z type group/ club disscounts
