Message If not the place you buy it at should be able to give you a prep sheet.
I am not a painter and can be impatient so I whent with an MTK single stage paint. I used a urethane based paint, it was fairly cheap and has a nice finish. Becareful with reassembly, gas and other chemicals can ruin the finish until the paint is fully cured. I found out the hard way, but after I drove it a bit and the bay got heat soaked the paint seems to be fully cured and fairly tough. I don't think you need to sand the crap out of everything and primer it like 1badz32 (MN) did. Some scowering pads will work fine to ruf the paint up, and some aclohol or mineral spirits to clean everything off. You can use a plastic sheet and tape it to the cieling in your garage to create a make shift booth. Mask off everything, foil works well.
