Message	If you neede the fluid on a certain day you should have ordered it well in advance or actually picked up the phone and spoken with someone to have the order overnighted if you needed...especially considering the Christmas mail glut. UPS gives estimated shipping times on their webiste. Lack of planning on your part does not constitute a rush on their part.
