Message	If you paid through Paypal with a credit card you have a good chance of getting your money back, but if you paid out of funds or an instant transfer it's going to be an uphill battle. On more expensive items especially it's always a good idea to pay via credit card as you have some recourse if Paypal won't help you. I actually looked at these wheels also, but even though the seller has 100% positive feedback, his feedback is only 12 and it's all from sellers. He's never sold anything! Buying is easy. Hope it works out for you.
