We set deadlines, which were much earlier than last year, and we did push up design earlier than last year as well. This calendar was much more design intensive than last year so it took a few days longer than proposed initially, and with this intense delay in printing/production, has lead us to a delay in shipment. We had planned on shipping the weekend of the 16th, thinking it would be more than enough time for delivery for everyone. We were guaranteed by the press a certain turntime, and had scheduled the pickup a month in advance. I have appologized many times for this delay, but there is always something that can not be seen ahead of time. I would be happy to refund anyone's order who was relying on this for a Christmas delivery, I will be noting all of the refunds, and proposing a refund from our press for these as well.
