its a hundred lbs. In a real racecar, weight is the greatest ememy of performance. Weight is more important than horsepower. Weight affects handling, acceleration and braking as well as the life of componetest like tires and brakes under hard pounding. A lighter car can go faster further for more laps before the brakes and tires fade.
If you built real race cans and actualy ran them you would understand. ;-)
