He sold me a set of rear upper arms and one of the bearing insert peices went missing during shipping. It was sent through Fedex and the box was torn, he basiclly told me I was out of luck and Fedex wasn't helpful either. I was looking for something like a half-refund or some type of resolution...no luck. It is certainly not 100% Tony's fault, however it was a demonstration of his service and character. I looked everywhere for month and could not find a replacement, so now i have two very expensive paper weights. So with your positive experience, I had a negative one.
