Message	Shawn and russell gave me a call (which i much appreciated) - it looks like a lot of the delay was on the part of stillen, since they took 9 days from when they took the order to when they shipped it, very different from the day or two they told Z1 when they had them on the phone. Also, once it was in the hands of fedex, it's their responsibility.
