Well, unfortunatley if you already paid this fine there is not a whole lot you can do. Right, now the thing which would be best in your interest is to hire a lawyer with specific knowldedge go georgia traffic law. There are several possible direstions out of this, however when you pay the fine it is legally an admision of guilt...thats where this gets tricky. It sounds as though the rub lies within your home states traffic laws, pertaining to out of state speed violations...personaly i have never heard of such a thing...but then again Florida is pretty good as far as that goes...they just fine the hell out of us. Try, contacting your local traffic court and petetion for information, on your state laws, also seek out an attorney specializing in this...to be honest you are lookig at anywhere from $800-$1500 in lawyers fees to get out of this...but when you balance htat with how your insurance will peanlize you it works out. Hope, this helps some.
