smaller turbine housing = more back pressure

unless the heat is affecting it? but, at 9.5psi, i doubt it makes a difference. i'm guessing the cams don't really take away power, they just shift the power curve, less peak but more hp in the low rpms.

cams shift torque curve to the left, and power is a function of torque. So yes, the cams do take away power
