Can you explain something to me if you dont mind spddracer or anyone for that matter! I was wondering do all/most paint shops remove the panels, door handles, gas tank etc and paint those seperate from the car. I mean what if your car is staying the same color do they still remove these to paint them seperate. I am wanting to repaint my Diamond Pearl Black z to either Diamond Black Pearl Metallic Metallic Black with Dark Blue Pearl Should they charge extra for this or no. I mean its not really a color change correct. I am planning on getting my engine bay painted also so should I just go ahead and get the door sills/ttop sills etc while I'm at it? Well I think I am going to try to remove as much stuff from the car as I can before getting the car painted....
