Message	cuz it totally destroys the line of the WW front. however do you know if NYC cops are strict on this? also how much would a ticket be? i have read many times here that it is just a fix it ticket? does this mean that you don't have to pay the ticket if you show them that the plate has been put on? is this process a major hassle? how much does a ticket run in NYC? thanks... mike kim_michael@jpmorgan.com 1990 PearlGold Stage3 NA
