Message	has to do with law enforcement, other than the fact that they have a higher average of crime around them than does the local mini-mart. My post was not to imply that all Cops are Saints, merely that they are not all scum and that they have a job to do. I really do wish we lived in a world where we didn't need Police, but it's a fact of life. I was just posting in reply to what I perceived as a bunch of posts talking about "I got this 'Ticket', and all cops are scum because of it". Yes, I agree that some small towns likely over-pay their law enforcement, and I don't think that OT should figure into pension benefits. But I feel, that in general, most police officers are good people, tyring to do a difficult job as best they can.
