| LA county a buttload of money. Don't understand how 3-4 officers could not bring a kid under control. Things like this happen everyday and you don't see officers tasing everybody. They tased him once, got him on the ground, handcuffed him and yell at him to get up...he isn't getting up so tase him again? up to 5 times? that's uncalled for. Already hancuffed so 4 officers can't grab him and lift him off the ground... BTW that cop who tased the kid was already kicked out another police force for using excessive force. Don't understand how he was allowed to wear a uniform again.
