Message But it only takes a few bad ones to remember unjustified experiences with them. Its understandable to be pulled over for a no license plate on the front of your car when it is the law to have one attached. But it needs to be enforced evenly across the board not just whoever the cop wants to pull over. Many of these incidences are circumstances of where you live, what you drive, and your overall appearance. The legitimate reasons are cool when a polite cop pulls you over for that reason and nothing else. But I have been pulled over at least two times for no apparent reason.. but the cop looks for one. He wasn't looking for suspects, and I wasn't doing anything suspicious. I would understand if he would tell me he was. Some of you here may never have experienced that kind of treatment, it is usually the minorities that do...

The other day when I was pulled over the officer who looked about 20yrs old came to my window and asked what modifications I had under the hood,,, never asked for ID, license or reg... and ended up letting me go. Is that right? Was doing something wrong driving at 10mph? Did he have any reason to look under my hood? Probable cause? (I was in a mall parking lot just leaving) The "modified exhaust" reason doesn't cut it... Its a labree catback that isn't loud at all expecially at 10mph. This is just one experience.... Some here have there own stories about unjustified stops.

For those who have been written tickets for their "modified exhaust" I have posted info about that law below since the officer who wrote you the ticket didn't know law himself. You probably dont have to remove your exhaust or pay that unjustified ticket. I confirmed with Greg Dupree that the Labree exhaust does not violate the 95db limit...

Happy holidays to all!
