| HID kits are what's available on ebay from $200-$500. Even kits sold at Xenon Depot use Phillips ballast but chinese made rebased bulbs. Ballasts are one part of the reliability concern but rebasing bulbs is key to your output. If the bulb doesn't sit EXACTLY where the 9006 filament should but then your light output will be pretty much garbage.
