No way to really tell you, what you are going to regret or appreciate more. Really just depends on what you want the car for, a resale project, a keeper, recreational car, etc I wouldnt get too worried about the carfax anomalies, even though there is alot of people who will say avoid FL after that post about the BMW down there. My car was stolen/resold/recovered several years back, didnt bother me a bit. I still feel I got exactly, if not more, than what I paid for. I suppose that's the key.
