Message speed rating of at least H, they will be good in the dry and at high speeds. I personally have used Toyo Garit HT's (H-rated...130 mph) on my Lexus SC400 and they are tremendous in the dry as well as the snow. What most people don't understand about snow tires is that the big part of the traction is due to the fact they stay soft at cold temperatures. I am going to be using some Dunlop Wintersport M3's for my Audi S4 this winter. I know they'll be phenomenal in the dry as well. You definitely can use these tires at high speeds in the dry (well over 100 mph if you so desire).
